The Estes Valley Watershed Coalition (EVWC) complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 guidelines. Ensuring the public’s access to and participating in public meetings is a priority of the EVWC. In the event you are in need of a reasonable accommodation in order to attend or participate in a public meeting conducted by the EVWC, please contact Lindsay or Molly at 970-203-5116 or email to email@example.com within 3 to 5 days before the scheduled meeting date in order to allow the Coalition to better accommodate your request. For TDD service, contact Relay Colorado by dialing 711. EVWC does not provide assistance or contract with a person or entity that discriminates based on disability.
The public is invited to attend an open house on Monday, March 27, 2 – 4 pm at Coffee on the Rocks to learn and provide comments about the Upper Big Thompson Master Plan for Resiliency in the Estes Valley. This conceptual plan, using the best available science, outlines the various projects and activities that could be undertaken to both restore riverway areas damaged by the 2013 flood as well as lessen the damage potential from future flooding.
Community members are encouraged to observe the meetings and if time allows at the end of the meeting, share their questions and comments.
Because these are working meetings, the board must adhere to the meeting agenda and stay on task.
Community sub-committees represent your interests and are always available to hear your questions and comments outside the board meetings.
