Come join Visit Estes Park and other community members at the Estes Valley Community Center for an engaging discussion on sustainability in our community. This in-person event is a great opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, share ideas, and learn about local initiatives. Everyone is welcome to participate in this important conversation. Let's work together to make Estes Park a more sustainable and welcoming destination for all!

2:00pm-2:20pm: Visit Estes Park (Dana & Rachel):

Earth Week, Dark Sky, Zero Waste, Wheel the World, Inclusion & Sustainability page, Audio Eye, and Do Estes Right videos.

2:20pm-2:40pm: Town of Estes Park Power & Communications (Sarah Clark- AMI Coordinator): Power & Communications will discuss transitioning to a non-carbon energy future but will actively work to build on the foundation already laid.

2:40pm-3:00pm: Town of Estes Park Transit (Dana Klein- Parking and Transit Supervisor):

Public Transportation and EV charging stations.

3:20pm-3:40pm: Larimer County (Heidi Pruess- Climate Smart and Sustainability Program Manager): Climate Smart and Future Ready plan, Business Rebates, Green Business Network.

3:40pm-4:00pm: YMCA (Amy Wolf- Environmental Sustainability Director):

A high-level overview of their GHG assessment process and the development of our Sustainability Action Plan, with some information on how we are living into it through programs and projects.

Delaware North’s GreenPath program and property achievements in sustainability.

4:20pm-5:00pm: Network and learn from our sustainability non-profit partners and service providers.
